Screen is Dim / Not working

Troubleshooting:

1. Force Restart the Chromebook.

With the charger plugged in press the Refresh and Power on the keyboard simultaneously. This performs a hardware reset, which fixes many freezing or other issues.

2. Adjust Screen Brightness

Locate the Brightness Increase and the brightness decrease buttons on the top of your Chromebook keyboard. You can use these to freely increase or decrease the display brightness of your device
