Printing from Windows PCs to Ricoh Copiers (Desktops/Laptops)

All staff members now have a printer called ‘RicohPrinters on printserv” which will be your destination for all prints intended for any school building RICOH copiers. Other Printers listed are also available for smaller printers.

For prints of 25 pages or more, print to one of the RicohPrinters in your building. Other building printers are intended only for smaller, more immediate prints (25 pages or less).

To Print from your device:

Go the print menu (File > Print, or the icon on your page).

Select the “RicohPrinters” on the dropdown menu (or another building printer).
1. If you don’t immediately see the printer, be sure to select the “See More..” option to view additional printers. Remember to scroll down to view all available options.
With your printer selected, hit the print as you usually would from the bottom menu If printing to a copier, visit one of the Ricoh Copiers in your building to approve your print.

All other network & local printers (non RICOH printers) will print jobs immediately.
