How to: Access The HR Portal
1. Access the HR Portal by going to
hr.pitman.k12.nj.us or using the shortcut on the district website (
pitman.k12.nj.us) - list under Under the
Staff >
Links And Info For Staff page
2. Your username is your school email (the full @pitman.k12.nj.us). Enter the password your set (NOTE: this can be different from your Google/Windows password - they are not connected).
3. If you've never logged in before (First time User) or do not remember it, you'll must use the "Forgot Password" button to gain access to the platform.
4. Enter in your school email address (your full @pitman.k12.nj.us email) in to the email field & hit the "Send password reset token" button.
5. Wait 30-60 seconds; you'll receive an email acknowledging the password reset. Click the "Reset your password" button.
5. Enter in a new password and confirm it. We highly advise you use a combination of Uppercase/LowerCase/Number/Special Characters. Once done, hit change password.
6. Lastly, proceed back to the login page - clicking the "login" button in at the top. Again, try your username (your school email) and newly created password, and login.
7. Once logged in, you can use the buttons on the top header to view pertinent information, such as
Paychecks,
W2, or use the "
Documents" tab for varying other work-related documentation.
