Printing from Windows PCs to Ricoh Copiers (Desktops/Laptops)
All staff members now have a printer called ‘RicohPrinters on printserv” which will be your destination for all prints intended for any school building RICOH copiers. Other Printers listed are also available for smaller printers. For prints of 25 pages or more, print to one of the RicohPrinters in your building. Other building printers are intended only for smaller, more immediate prints (25 pages or less). To Print from your device: Go the print menu (File > Print, or the icon on your page). Select the “RicohPrinters” on the dropdown menu (or another building printer). If you don’t immediately see the printer, be sure to select the “See More..” option to view additional printers. Remember to scroll down to view all available options. With your printer selected, hit the print as you usually would from the bottom menu If printing to a copier, visit one of the Ricoh Copiers in your building to approve your print. All other network & local printers (non RICOH printers) will print jobs immediately.

Chromebook Printing: First-time Setup
If you haven’t yet printed from your Chromebook under our new system, or to a printer you have not recently, you’ll need to log in with your Google account. You can do this by: Selecting your printer, and from the pop-up message, select “Sign in with Google” If prompted: Select your account from the list and click Allow from the permissions prompt (note: you may need to scroll to see the button) Once done, your print should be sent to the RICOH copier or local building printer.

Releasing your prints from a RICOH Copier
All prints sent to RICOH copiers are sent to a queue and will not print until you log into the machine and start the print job. You can log into any RICOH copier using one of three methods: Tapping your access ID card on the card reader next to your machine Entering Your Employee ID Number (Located in Powerschool) Your Windows Desktop/Laptop Username & Password NOT Chromebook (remember DO not to type @pitman.k12.nj.us) Once logged in, you can follow the on screen instructions to release any items you have queued to print, or to make copies

Setting up your Access Card/Keyfob for the first time
If you’d like to use your keycard, you’ll need to perform a first-time association in order to activate your keycards for printing. Once complete, you won’t have to do this again, you’ll just swipe your card to log in. To do this: Visit any district RICOH copier and you’ll be greeted with the following screen Place your card over the green ID reader. You will be prompted to put in your Windows (desktop/laptop) username and password Reminder: Windows usernames are typically your first letter, last name DO NOT type the @pitman.k12.nj.us portion). Once your username & password have been entered correctly, hit the green enter button & confirm. If correct, your login will now be tied to your keycard for future use.

Finding your Teacher ID in Powerschool
When you log into Powerschool, you will see a number (some may also have letters) to the right of your name. This is your local ID/Employee Number which you can use this number to log into any RICOH printer.

Making Copies From a RICOH Copier
In order to make copies on the RICOH copier, you will still need to log in using one of the above-mentioned options. Once logged in, navigate to the copy screen by : Selecting “device functions” Selecting “ use device functions” Then selecting the “copier (classic)” on the screen. You can make copies as your previously accustomed to from this page Once done making copies remember to log out! Do this by: hitting the blue home button at the bottom of the screen and selecting “Papercut MF”.
